Summer Service Schedule

Our summer service schedule will run through September 5th. First service begins at 9:00am with nursery available. Second service begins at 10:45am with nursery, Jr. Kid’s Church, and Children’s Church available.

Sound Ministry

Heritage is looking for volunteers to help with the Sound Ministry. If you would like to help or be a ministry leader in this important ministry, please contact Pastor-Elder Harry Cisar.

Baptismal Service 8/22/2010

Heritage is planning a water baptism on August 22nd during our second worship service. If you would like to be baptized, please call the church office at 323-0557 by Wednesday, August 18th.

Summer Fellowship 8/22/2010

Join us for a church-wide picnic at Snow Park, immediately following the second morning service, this Sunday,
August 22nd, from 12:15-3:00pm. Lunch will be provided; please bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets and card tables. Snow Park is on Indian School, west of Eubank.

Seniors Retreat and Campout 9/3-5/2010

The Seniors of Heritage are planning a Senior Retreat and Campout, September 3rd-5th, at Glorieta Conference Center. Saturday evening music will be provided by the Young At Heart Quartet. Sunday morning will include a time of worship and teaching from God’s Word. The cost for RV or Tent Sights is $25.00 per night; you will need to bring your own food for pot-providence meals. The cost for rooms for two nights which includes meals at the RV campsite is $35.00 per person for four in a room, $70.00 per person for two in a room and $115.00 for a single room. Please make your check payable to HCF, mark it Senior Retreat, and turn it in to Ron or Carrol James, or put it in the church offering box. If you have questions or would like more information, please call Ron or Carrol or the church office at 323-0557. Payments must be received by August 30th. Please sign up at the foyer table if you plan to attend.

Adult Bible Class 9/12/2010

Make plans to join us Sunday mornings beginning September 12th, at 9:30am for the Adult Bible Class taught by Pastor Shaan Sloan. The class will meet downstairs in the Fellowship Hall for the hour long teaching.

Newcomer's Luncheon 9/12/2010

If you are new to Heritage and have not attended a Newcomer’s Luncheon, we encourage you to join us for lunch Sunday, September 12th, immediately following the second morning service. We would like to take this opportunity to get to know you, let you get to know us, and answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in attending, please sign up at the foyer table or call the church office by September 9th.

Foundations 9/15/2010

Heritage is offering a 13-week training course on what it means to be a disciple of Christ and the Gospel. This course will be offered on Wednesday evenings at Heritage beginning September 15th. If you are interested, please sign up on the table in the foyer!

Women's Ministry Annual Retreat 9/17-19/2010

The Women’s Ministry Annual Retreat will be held September 17th-19th. All ladies 18 years old and older are welcome to attend. Pastor Brandon, Pastor Shaan and Carol Ruvolo will be teaching. All registration forms and payments must be turned in to one of the council members by August 29th. There is additional information on the Women’s Ministry table or you may contact any of the council members if you have questions.

Crown Financial 9/2010

In September of 2010 we will begin an 11 week biblical financial study from Crown Financial Ministry. For more information on this study, please see the flyer on the foyer table.

Women's Bible Study 9/22/2010

Heritage Christian Fellowship is offering a Systematic Theology class for women beginning September 22. The class, taught by Carol Ruvolo, will be held at Heritage on Wednesdays from noon-1:30pm. If interested, pick up a flyer at the foyer table and contact Carol Ruvolo.

Couples Fellowship 9/25/2010

The next Couple’s Fellowship will be “A Date Night with Pastor Rich and Suzy,” and will be on September 25th at 5:30pm. There will be no childcare available for this fellowship. If you need help finding a babysitter, please call Suzy at 934-7697. Watch for more details in the coming weeks.

Christ Seminary Fall of 2010

Christ Seminary is a master level training school which is designed to equip men for church ministry. Classes will be held at Heritage on Tuesdays evenings from 6:00-9:30pm, beginning fall of 2010. Details to follow!
