Nursery Volunteers Training Luncheon 8/1/10
All nursery volunteers and those interested in serving in the nursery are required to attend the Nursery Volunteer Training Luncheon on August 1st, following the second morning service. Please sign up at the foyer table so that we can plan appropriately. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Tina Winborn.

Wednesday Night Service 8/4/10
Beginning August 4th, Pastor Tim will start a new Wednesday night series on Biblical Eldership. This is a 12 lesson series that will instruct the entire congregation on the ministry of Elders. Everyone is encouraged to attend. There is a study guide available; the cost is $15.00. If you would like to purchase a copy, please sign up at the foyer table.

New Women's Bible Study 8/4/10
The Monday Night Women’s Bible Study began a new study on the Sovereignty and Attributes of God. This study meets at Heritage at 7:00pm on Mondays and all women are welcome to attend. If you have any questions, please call Carrol James.

Ministry Manual Training 8/4/10
The Elders, Deacons, and staff of Heritage have updated the Ministry Manual for the church that details procedural information and establishes policies for us as a body. Wednesday, August 4th, from 5:30-6:45pm, Saturday, August 14th, from 8:30-9:45am, and Thursday, August 19th, from 7:00-8:15pm we will distribute, review, and discuss the updated Ministry Manual. Everyone is welcome to join us at the trainings. Please RSVP to the church office, 323-0557, if you plan to attend.

Crown Financial 9/2010
In September of 2010 we will begin an 11 week biblical financial study from Crown Financial Ministry. For more information on this study, please see John & Debbie Brown at the table in the foyer.

Women's Bible Study 9/22/10
Heritage Christian Fellowship is offering a Systematic Theology class for women beginning September 22 and continuing to meet weekly until we finish the textbook. The class, taught by Carol Ruvolo, will be held at Heritage on Wednesdays from noon till 1:30pm. All Heritage women, their friends, relatives, and sack lunches are welcome to attend. Students will be expected to purchase their own textbook and complete homework assignments. If interested, pick up a flyer at the foyer table and contact Carol Ruvolo.

Summer Service Schedule
Our summer service schedule will run through September 5th. First service begins at 9:00am with nursery available. Second service begins at 10:45am with nursery, Jr. Kid’s Church, and Children’s Church available.

Evangelism Courses Summer 2010
This summer Heritage is simultaneously hosting two Evangelism Courses to train the body of Christ to reach the lost and to further train those who have completed the basic course. The courses will be offered downstairs on Sunday mornings during the first service, beginning Sunday, June 6th. For further information and to register for a course, please see the foyer table.

Summer 2010 Fellowships
This summer, Heritage Christian Fellowship will be hosting summer fellowship for the entire church family. The purpose of the Fellowships is to promote unity and build friendships within the body of Christ. Please mark the following dates on your calendar. July 18th—Fellowship in the Mountains
August 22nd—Picnic at the Park
More information about each of the Fellowships will be made available in the coming weeks.

Maintenance Crew
Throughout the year we have maintenance projects at the church that need immediate attention. The office staff calls on the emergency maintenance crew volunteers from within the fellowship to come and fix these things as they are able. If you would like to join this crew of men, please sign up at the back foyer table.

Weekly E-Newsletter
We are publishing a weekly email newsletter for our church members. The e-newsletter will include bulletin announcements, information about our different ministries, the weekly Bible reading, and the fighter verse.
